1:1 Kundalini Client

Having been to some of Natalie’s excellent group events, I decided to book a private session. It was amazing! The one-to-one focus allowed Natalie to tailor what we did to exactly the level I needed. The energy flow and emotions I felt are hard to put into words but it just felt ‘right’ and hugely beneficial. For anyone interested in exploring Kundalini a bit more deeply, Natalie is truly the perfect facilitator.

I loved the session. I didn’t really know what to expect but left feeling so deeply relaxed. I also loved being outside so we could also hear the bird song and see the trees moving and sky changing. It was utterly wonderful.

I recently joined one of Natalie’s Sound Bowl Sessions, and I was so pleased I did! I’m Natalie, founder of Soul Steps

I would like to offer you a warm welcome and introduction to Soul Steps. It is through my offerings that I choose to walk alongside you as you explore your unique path, bringing yourself back home to feeling and living from your wholeness.

Through awareness and compassion, I support you in seeing the ways you may have cut yourself off from your true nature, as well as how you also have the power to re-create harmony within. During our time together, we will navigate your inner processes, observing and working holistically.

My method includes working with all facets of you, covering a top-down, bottom-up, and inside-out approach, to provide personalised therapy for healing in a trauma-informed and supportive atmosphere for your personal exploration and growth.

My Philosophy

At Soul Steps I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being are integral to overall health, and that a personalised combination of therapies can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.

Post-counsellor qualification, I soon discovered that my intuitive skills and natural ability were restricted by the red tape associated with traditional talking therapy. For this reason, for now, I choose to honour my growth as a holistic therapist and not offer traditional counselling sessions, and as such do not use this term in my offerings. I do however, use my personal integrity, ethical skill set and knowledge from traditional talk therapy to support you.

My Approach

I work using a client-centred approach,  working collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a flexible and supportive plan to accommodate life’s challenges. I place a strong emphasis on building a solid and trusted therapeutic relationship, which allows my clients to feel safe and secure. I firmly believe in the importance of providing a supportive, nurturing, yet robust environment to allow the client to authentically connect with and express deep-rooted thoughts and feelings.

My Experience

I also have experience working within different external specialised services focusing on inner child work, trauma, bereavement, grief, loss, perinatal mental health, for both men and women, as well as life’s common symptoms of stress and anxiety.

What is the difference between your services?

The Bespoke Session is the most flexible — I draw on my full skill set and intuition to meet whatever you bring on the day. Therapeutic Conversation focuses on talking, reflection and developing strategies for change. Kundalini sessions work more with the body and breath. Not sure which is right for you? What is a sound bath and what are the benefits?

A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience in which you are immersed in the healing vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Bowls. The sound works on the nervous system, inviting deep relaxation, emotional release and a recalibration of your entire being. No experience is needed, you simply arrive, settle, and allow.

What is Kundalini life-force energy healing?

Kundalini life-force energy healing works with the body’s natural energy through breath-work and body-work. It gently invites your body to soften and release energetic blocks, stored tension and trauma — working with the sub-conscious to alleviate limiting beliefs and support you in living a more empowered and fulfilling life.

How many sessions do I need?

Every journey is different. I work collaboratively with each client to identify their goals and develop a flexible plan. Some people feel a profound shift in a single session; others benefit from an ongoing therapeutic relationship. We will always move at a pace that feels right for you.

Do you offer traditional counselling?

I do not offer traditional counselling sessions and do not use this term in my offerings. I trained as a counsellor and draw on that knowledge, but I choose to honour my growth as a holistic therapist, working beyond the constraints of traditional talking therapy to support you in a wider, more integrative way.

What is holistic therapy?

Holistic therapy looks at the whole person, mind, body, emotions and spirit, rather than treating symptoms in isolation. I work with all facets of you, using a top-down, bottom-up and inside-out approach, to uncover root causes and support you back towards balance and wholeness.

Is holistic therapy right for me?

If you feel disconnected from yourself, are carrying unresolved stress, anxiety, grief or trauma, or if you have tried traditional therapy but feel something deeper remains untouched, then yes, Soul Steps may be exactly the right place for you. Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. All of my core services, Bespoke Sessions, Therapeutic Conversations, and Kundalini Life-Force Energy Sessions, are available both online and in-person at my studio in East Sussex, TN20.

Where are you based?

I am based in East Sussex, TN20, UK, and I also work online, so wherever you are, you are welcome. For in-person sessions, full details will be shared on booking.

3 Liquid Frequency Options

Water — Weightlessness on Water

The Airbed Experience: Drift effortlessly across the surface of the pool, fully clothed and completely cradled. Perfect for those seeking the ultimate feeling of physical decompression, suspension, and effortless peace.

Air — Lightness on a Lounger

The Lounger Experience: Recline poolside, elevated just above the water’s edge. Perfect for those who wish to absorb the ambient resonance of the session with a sense of open space, clarity, and breath.

Earth — Grounding on a Padded Mat

The Mat Experience: Lie flat on a padded mat, softly cocooned under a blanket next to the water’s edge. Perfect for those seeking deep stability, structural support, and a powerful, rooted connection to the physical vibrations traveling through the floor.

Do I need to wear swimwear for Liquid Frequency?

No. Dress in warm, comfortable layers,  loose trousers with elasticated cuffs that can be lifted as you enter the water. For inside events, light layers work well. Water entry is via wide steps; expect your feet and ankles to be wet, but we have towels ready for you.

Will I get wet?

It is not in the plan to get wet, although It is best to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting splashes of water on. You are very welcome to bring a change of clothes and a towel in case something unexpected happens.

What if the weather is cold?

Please dress according to the weather if you are attending an outside event. We will proceed with a chill in the air to soak up the benefits of being out in nature. Please remember that your body temperature naturally drops when you enter a phase of deep relaxation so hats, gloves and socks are all welcome.

 

Can I come if I can’t swim but I am water confident?

Yes, of course, we can make sure you are always kept at a depth you are happy with. On arrival, please let me know how best to support you and ensure your experience is relaxing and enjoyable for you. 

What about wind and rain?

If the weather is inclement, your booking will be moved to the next scheduled event or a credit note will be issued. If you have any doubts please message me.

Who is this not suitable for?

Unfortunately this type of event is not suitable for any of the below conditions 

  • If you are pregnant or there maybe a chance you are pregnant
  • Epilepsy
  • Heart conditions
  • Tinnitus or Hyperacusis
  • Severe mental health condition or psychiatric disorder
  • Deep Vein Thrombosis
  • Any recent surgeries 
  • A fear of water
  • Mobility restrictions or injuries that would prevent you from lifting or lowering yourself, on to or off the air bed on water.
